Find the businesses that could book you.
Then write to each one like you did your homework.
Type a business and a town. ClientBranch finds them, finds each one’s real contact email, reads their website, and writes every one a personal email that opens with something true about them. You read each one, press Send, and the replies land in your inbox next to the rest of your clients.

Hi Dana,
I saw you opened the garden pavilion for spring ceremonies, and the photos of the string lights over the lawn look stunning.
I perform at receptions around Tampa, and couples often ask their venue who to book. Could I send you a short video for your vendor list?
Thanks, Sam
An example to show the idea. Business names here are made up.
Nobody replies to a template.
Everybody replies to someone who noticed.
You already know the businesses that could send you work: venues, planners, offices, clinics, gyms, schools. Getting their attention is the hard part. A generic email gets deleted in two seconds. A personal one gets read, but writing it means ten minutes of reading their website first. Multiply that by 50 businesses and it never happens.
What they usually get
“Hi there, I hope this email finds you well! I offer professional entertainment services for events of all sizes and would love to work with your business...”
Could be sent to anyone. So it reads like it was sent to everyone. Delete.
What you send instead
“I saw you opened the garden pavilion for spring ceremonies, and the photos of the string lights over the lawn look stunning...”
Proves you looked. Gets a reply. And you did not spend ten minutes writing it.
From “who should I email?” to a reply in your inbox.
Four steps, one screen, no spreadsheets. Everything you find is saved straight to your contacts.
Search
Type what you want and where, like wedding venues in Tampa or chiropractors in Austin. Up to 20 businesses come back from Google’s listings per search.
Find the email
ClientBranch reads each business’s own website and contact page for their email, then checks the address can receive mail. Dead addresses never make your list.
Research and write
AI reads their website, searches the web for recent news about them, and writes each one an email in your voice, opening with a real detail. The sources sit right under every draft.
Approve and send
Read each one. Approve, edit, skip, or add a note and rewrite. Emails go out slowly from your own domain, and follow-ups stop the moment someone replies.
See a real search turn into real emails.
Every detail is there to make them write back.
Real research, with the receipts
Each email is built from that business’s own website, its Google listing and recent news found on the web. You see the sources under every draft.
So you never send a line you can’t stand behind.
Sounds like you, not a robot
Paste an email you have written before and AI matches your tone. Add your pitch and sign off once, and every draft uses them.
So the person who replies is replying to you.
Follow-ups that know when to stop
Add up to three follow-ups in the same thread, a few days apart. Review each one or let them send. The moment someone replies, the rest are cancelled.
So you get the replies a second nudge brings, without ever chasing someone who already answered.
Replies land with your clients
Every email is sent as a plain one to one message, and replies thread into Conversations next to the contact’s record. Reply rates show on each outreach.
So a reply can become a booking and an invoice without leaving the page.
Sent like a person at work
Emails leave one at a time with a gap between each, from your own domain, while you get on with your day. Close the tab and they keep going.
So they reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.
Works on people you already know
Point it at all your contacts, a tag or a smart list, up to 200 people per outreach. Past clients, old enquiries, last year’s bookings.
So the list you already paid to build starts paying you again.
The businesses that send you work are already on the map.
A few searches people run, and what they say in the email.
Reach out without risking your email reputation.
Your email reputation took years to build. These limits are switched on for every business you find, and you cannot turn them off by accident.
Sales teams pay $185 a month just for the research.

Before you start.
Where do the email addresses come from?
From each business’s own website. ClientBranch reads the site and its contact page for a published email address, then checks the domain has a working mail server. If a business lists no website or no email, it is marked so you can skip it. No bought lists, no guessed addresses.
Does the AI make things up?
It writes from what it found: the business’s website, its Google listing and recent news from a web search, plus any link or note you add. The sources show under every draft, and nothing sends until you have read it and pressed Approve.
How many leads can I find?
100 free searches a month, each returning up to 20 businesses. Searches reset on the 1st. Each outreach can include up to 200 people.
Can I use it on contacts I already have?
Yes. Choose all your contacts, a tag or a smart list. It is a strong way to wake up past clients and old enquiries with an email that mentions their own history with you.
Do I need my own email domain?
For businesses you found with Find Leads, yes. Those emails only send from your own verified domain, which protects your reputation and helps them reach the inbox. Sending from your own domain is a $2 a month add on. For your existing contacts, it works with your normal ClientBranch email.
What does the AI cost?
You connect your own AI key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini in Settings, and pay that provider directly for what you use, with no markup from us.
What plan is it on?
